The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed the landscape of the workforce, making technopreneur skills increasingly crucial. At the Studium Generale - "Building Your Technopreneur Team" held at SOTN, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to listen to an inspiring presentation by Mr. Pieter Andrian, MM, MBA. The event was attended not only by SOTN students but also by students from the Indonesian Academy of Television (ATVI). We are proud to see the presence of leaders from both institutions, including Dr. Melitina Tecoalu, S.E., M.M, the Director of ATVI, Mr. Yoas Arnest S, S.Si., M.M, the Director of SOTN, Mr. Ciptono Setyobudi, the Deputy Director, and Mr. Handy Utama, the Head of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation Unit. We would also like to express our gratitude to Mr. Erwin Mulyadi, S.Si.M.Ikom, the Head of the Mass Communication D-3 Program, and Mr. Teguh Setiawan, SPd.MIkom, the Head of the Applied Media Production S1 Program, for their presence at the event. Mr. Pieter Andrian delivered an incredibly inspiring keynote speech on the theme 'Building Technopreneur Team'. He discussed the importance of building a solid technopreneur team, including adopting the mindset of an effective leader. Additionally, participants gained insights into the significance of self-understanding as business practitioners, including recognizing their own experiences and capabilities. Beyond the insightful keynote speech, the event also marked a historic moment with the signing of a collaboration agreement between SOTN and ATVI. The presence of Dr. Melitina Tecoalu, S.E., M.M, the Director of ATVI, Mr. Yoas Arnest S, S.Si., M.M, the Director of SOTN, Mr. Ciptono Setyobudi, the Deputy Director, and Mr. Handy Utama, the Head of Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation Unit, added significance to the collaboration between these two institutions. Furthermore, we witnessed the signing of a collaboration agreement between the Production Media Study Program represented by Mr. Teguh Setiawan, S.Pd., M.I.Kom, and Mr. Alfredo Pasaribu, M.Kom, who are the respective heads of the study programs. This step marks the beginning of a collaboration that is expected to bring benefits to both parties. We would like to express our gratitude for the enthusiasm and presence of all participants, which made this event run smoothly. May the knowledge and inspiration gained from this keynote speech serve as valuable assets in facing the increasingly dynamic era of technology and entrepreneurship.
