In a Training of Facilitator held at the auditorium of School of Technopreneur Nusantara, prospective facilitators were equipped and trained on how to engage with the younger generation through intimate approaches, both individually and in groups. The event was attended by 40+ participants from various backgrounds and professions. During the seminar, Mr. Morris T, CPC, CCC, as the Partnership & Training Specialist from Harvest "Fokus Pada Keluarga," shared several tips and strategies to effectively reach Generation Z in a relevant manner. Moreover, unique ice-breaking methods were also demonstrated to capture the attention of the ready-to-be-reached Generation Z. "Understanding the importance of listening more than speaking when reaching Generation Z is vital. That's why God gave us two ears and only one mouth," stated Mr. Morris T. during his presentation. Additionally, Mr. Morris also conducted simulations of some psychotests to discover the personality, talents, potentials, and behavior of each Generation Z, enabling facilitators to become leaders who not only listen but also provide solutions for the future of the children. The event also involved an interactive Q&A session between participants and speakers. The event concluded with a heartfelt appreciation from Mrs. Lely Natalia, M.Pd, as the chairperson of Generasi Inspirasi, and the facilitators' commitment to releasing new facilitators within the Generasi Inspirasi community.
